There is a breadth of understanding evident in its application to a specific design philosophy (and your critical position) linked to wellbeing. This is in many ways a cerebral project. This is accompanied by a beautifully considered, legible graphic portfolio. The diagrams are clear in relation to your planning via a gridding of the building, site lines and inserted courtyards. The use of models at an early stage really helped to define this approach. The interior atmosphere of stillness and calm is realised through your material and neutral colour choices and enhanced by your use of Nicholson’s architectonic layering. Relevant research supports your thinking in support of a specific interior sensibility. Excellent work ethic, massive congratulations – there is much to admire in this submission.”
